What to Wear to the Zombie Apocalypse: a Ladyguide

Like any self-respecting zombie story enthusiast, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how I’m going to survive the zombie apocalypse. What I hadn’t put much consideration into, however, is how I would dress. Practicality is obviously the name of the game, and, like in so many other situations, accessories are the most important part of your outfit. With the help of Polyvore, I’ve put together an outfit designed for comfort, utility, and decapitating zombies. The radio may seem unnecessary, but you never know when survivors are going to be broadcasting an invitation for you to join their budding civilization. And the playing cards? Once our electronic infrastructure collapses, I’m probably going to be pretty bored.

  1. After much thought I’ve decided that something very similar to the outfit Emma Stone’s character is wearing in Zombieland is what I’d want to be wearing. Boots with a sensible heel( great for sloshing through god knows what) jeans (preferably with some stretch for easier running), leather jacket and T-shirt or two & tank top.(its all about layers people!) you never know when you’re gonna haveta turn something into a tourniquet . And if you happen to look awesome while avoiding the un-dead well that’s just a bonus.

  2. It’s probably really shallow that my first thought is, I would definitely go for the trousers rather than the shorts, because I am not going to bother shaving my legs after the zombie apocalypse.

Also key: a few good bras.
