This morning I did my workout in front of my peanut gallery, like I so often do. When I got down on the floor to do the circuit 2 abs move, I didn’t pick up my weights. My son immediately said, “Mommy! Get your weights! You need them! See!”
BUSTED by the three-year-old. He was right- I should have picked up the weights in the first place. Even if I stopped after 10 seconds, I needed that challenge.
