Did I get your attention? I hung out with my 98-year-old grandma, thus the year. Saturday night she got to talking, and the topics turned to favorite soap operas. Only to her, really, when she thinks soaps/series, she thinks RADIO SHOWS.

It only makes sense, after all she was born in 1913. She impressed us all with the epigraph from her favorite show, Our Gal Sunday. She was tickled as I looked up the shows she mentioned on my iPhone and filled in the blanks she couldn’t recall.

I’ve never been a huge soap fan. I never watched the daytime shows, but I will admit I had a fond affection for Melrose Place in its hey-day. How about you? What else is going on in your world?
