Lunchtime Poll: Where Do You Want to Go?

As I write this, I’m on vacation in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It’s GORGEOUS.

So tell me: where do you want to go? Here’s where I am.

My food groups are cheese, bacon, and hot tea. I like studying cities and playing with my cat, Buffy.

  1. I love the UP!  I lived up there for several years as a kid.  I really want to go to Europe (Scotland, France, Austria, Romania), South America, and Australia.  I have been to the other populated by humans continents and need to finish my global experience.

      1. Thanks! My boyfriend went a couple of years ago and we’ve been talking about going back for a while (I’m Irish as well). I think we’re going to focus on the Galway side of things and I’m looking into the possibility of staying in a converted castle. If any of that sounds like it would make for an interesting post, I’d certainly enjoy reading it :)

  2. I want to be in jolly old England. Not London, because all of the Olympic madness would panic me, but maybe the countryside. I could use a relaxing vacation in non-100 degree weather. Also, I’d like to see some rain for the first time in two months…
