This week has been BRUTAL, Persephoneers. The soaring highs, the devastating lows, but still we soldier on. Dog-eared copies of our favorite books in hand, we push forward.
We’ve got to knock out two more badass dames today, readers. The box wine is to the left of the comments.
*Seed #3 Ramona Quimby, Ramona, et al. series, by Beverly Cleary v. seed #2 Harriet, Harriet the Spy, by Louise Fitzhugh
[myo_poll poll = 114390 "box" perc = "yes"]
*Seed #2 Beatrice, Much Ado about Nothing, by William Shakespeare v. seed #3 Elinor Dashwood, Sense & Sensibility, by Jane Austen
[myo_poll poll = 114392 "box" perc = "yes"]
I think both of these pairs are pretty evenly matched, which is why I think this will be the closest set of votes all week. The polls will be open until I start writing next week’s posts on Saturday night. The Elite Eight will be announced on Monday, we’ll vote down to the final four on Tuesday, the final two on Wednesday, and the championship will be next Thursday. The winner will be declared one week from Monday.
