There are many, many people in my life that have taken up the same cause when it comes to my health: getting me to eat breakfast. I’m the type of person who gives myself 15 minutes to get ready for work, and breakfast doesn’t quite fit in that time frame. Occasionally I’ll grab some fruit, or a yogurt, or something quick and simple. An omelet never fits into the equation.
A friend of mine insists it’s better to even eat birthday cake for breakfast than it is to eat nothing at all. What about all of you? Are you breakfast “do” or a breakfast “don’t”?
