Thursday Dance Party Open Thread

Not to get all nostalgic on you all (I’m totally going to get all nostalgic), but the ’90s were a fantastic moment in music. I may not have fully appreciated ’90s pop when I was living in that time period (punk phase and all that), but I certainly do now.

Nineties pop is what kept me from completely losing it this holiday season, and this is one of the songs in heavy rotation.

It’s almost Friday!!! Let those that have weekends rejoice. And those of us that don’t (I’ll be starting a 7-day stretch), start the countdown until we get a day off!

Oh dear god no. Just NO. I hate the flipping 90s. ALL pop music was crap. My husband loves playing that stuff to my children, just to annoy me. So, so, so bad.

YES. 90s pop is all I listen to when I’m working – it strikes the perfect balance of making me happy and not being too distracting. I can listen to it, sing-a-long, and write articles at the same time.
