This Weekend Open Thread Has Sprung

It’s that glorious season between whining about it being too cold and whining about it being too hot.

Guys. GUYS. GUIIIIIIISE. IT’S SPRING.

I mean, I know it’s technically been spring for a couple of weeks now, but someone has finally told the weather. I went out with bare legs the other day. And I even spotted daffodils in the wild.*

LOOK AT THESE GODDAMN DAFFODILS

I’m really excited, in case you couldn’t tell. Now I’m just crossing my fingers that the Brooklyn cherry blossoms open soon.

*wild = carefully planted by the campus gardener, but whatevs

  1. So I’m spending this Sunday cooking, cleaning, and trying not to mope too much. I got stood up for my date last night, which is a first for me, and my pride is way more bruised than I think is okay. Blah. I need out of my head for awhile.
