Welcome back to Work It On Out, my weekly post in which I thinly disguise my own personal work-out interests as being intended for the common good. That’s why this week’s theme is Motivation. I just got home from the lamest workout I’ve had in a while. I couldn’t get going at all. My legs felt stiff, my arms felt heavy, my mind kept wandering into a downward spiral of guilt and self-deprecation. I can’t believe I went from the workout last week where I only left the gym because it was closing, to today where I only put in the bare minimum to get my sticker on my Fitness February chart.
