Watching this episode, I really felt my own emotional madness coming on.  Read More New Show Recap: Hannibal, 2.02, “Sakizuke”

New Show Recap: Hannibal 2.01, “Kaiseki”

Hannibal is not a show for everybody; it takes a particularly morbid person to love this show. I love this show. Bryan Fuller makes such beautiful shows. Hannibal is beautiful, but the darkest beauty one has ever known. I am over the moon that it is back on after teetering on the edge of one and done great shows like Firefly.  Read More New Show Recap: Hannibal 2.01, “Kaiseki”

The Women of NBC’s Hannibal

NBC recently debuted a new series called Hannibal, based on the character of Thomas Harris’s novels. The series seems to take place even before the first novel, Red Dragon, but features many characters who are part of that storyline.
