As I was scrolling through my Pinterest feed this morning, I came across a recipe for pancakes that uses only three ingredients: bananas, eggs, and cinnamon. It’s going to be a very long week, since I’m very busy both at home and at work. Luckily, I have some playlists at 8tracks.com all set to go.
