So Long, Tuesday

It’s been a fun day.  Hattie stepped in as Admiral Initiative this morning and got things off the ground before I was able to check in, so she totally gets a virtual chocolate chip cookie and a series of characters doing the wave.  \o/ \o/ \o/ \o/ \o/ \o/ \o/.

We found a brand new writer, Lizy,  who has a great voice and lots of ideas.  Join me in making her feel welcome.   (1…2…3…. HI LIZY!)  We’re always looking for new voices, so don’t hesitate to click the contribute button up top if you’d like to join our circus train of eccentric writers.

To keep you occupied until morning, here’s a random facts quiz.  Leave your answers in the comments!  It is totally cheating if you use Google, but you’re the one who has to sleep with yourself.

1. Which runs faster, an ostrich or a cheetah?

2. Of tango,  November, horse and bravo, which is not a part of the phonetic alphabet?

3. Which uses more power per hour, a laptop computer or an LCD Monitor?

4. Which was invented first, pinball or the slinky?

5. Name all of Henry VII’s wives, in order.

6. Which is hotter, a tabasco pepper or a habanero chili pepper?

7.  Write 1988 in Roman Numerals

8. French or Swiss? Gruyere cheese

9.  Who was taller, Napoleon or Marilyn Monroe?

10. Which is bigger, a baseball or a cricket ball?
