ESC Countdown: Germany and Greece

Welcome to the Persephone ESC Countdown. Next are Germany and Greece.

So, Lena is singing for Germany again after winning the ESC last year. I want to really like her. But why is she trying to do the sexy face? And what is this song? The lyrics are…weird at best. Here is “Taken by a Stranger”:

Loucas Yiorkas featuring Stereo Mike will be on stage with “Watch my Dance” for Greece. The song is in English and Greek, and here’s the translation of the Greek part:

Head up and open arms

My soul has the fire
to burn all the fears
I’m walking my way to God
And should I fall, I’ll rise again

I'm German but after high school I moved to Denmark for studying. A few years ago I finished my Master's in Business Communication and now I'm working as a marketing coordinator.
I'm a news addict. I spent an endless amount of time on reading the news from all over the world. And this is what I'll be writing about mostly.
