I made it! No, I’m not done with the 30 Day Shred, but I’ve made it to level 3! How are your workouts coming along? It’s been a full month now since I’ve started documenting this (30 business days = 6 weeks), and I have say, I’m feeling strong.
I really feel like my legs are becoming more developed, which a great thing because about 2/3 of my body is made up of my legs. I don’t know if they look any different, really, but they feel different. Going up the stairs, I feel my quads engaging like I never have before. It’s cool.
So here I am, post-level 2. All I have to say about that is I’m glad it’s over. So far, level 3 appears to be more intensive all around, but at least at first glance, it’s more doable for me (read: less plank). Although I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to do a jumping jack with weights. Eek! (I only have 5 lb weights, I may have to try it with soup cans.)
What are your thoughts on level 3?

I’m so proud of you! It seems like yesterday you were just getting started. Keep up the good work.
thanks! It’s become second nature, which, I think, is a good thing!
I’m about halfway through Level 2 – getting a bit bored, but still not able to keep up with Natalie, so… Also, I hate planks. I always end up doing those moves in more of a downward dog anyway…
Actually looking forward to Level 3 to get away from the planks!
its so worth it to get to level 3! I never did keep up with Natalie (hardly Anita, really, on level 2). There are a few plank moves in level 3, but they are WAY easier. Way to keep at it!
Thank you! Fewer planks is a motivator:)
