Phew. I don’t remember how long I shredded for when I first did it back in 2009, but I know it wasn’t for 25 days. I have hit a new personal record for the number of workouts in a given period, that’s for sure.
My fat pants are too big, and I’m now wearing my “acceptable” pants. I’m still not wearing the size I was four years ago, but I’m a lot closer than I was at the beginning of this journey. And, I’ve found a solution to the clothes issue I brought up last week.
I’m clothes-swapping with a friend. I have a closet full of size 12s I can’t yet use, and she’s getting too snall for her size 14s, so we’re swapping. She’s promised to pass back the 12s when she passes out of them (she’ll end up a 10 or an 8), and then I’ll have my wardrobe back. Interim wardrobe problem somewhat solved. Not bad, eh?
