Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred: Day 27

I can see the end of this week, and I can imagine that I will be feeling rather accomplished when I finish Friday’s workout. I just need to make it there.

I imagine there will be some satisfaction in knowing that I finished the 30 day program; after all, the last time I tried it, I stopped before level three & day 20. I’ve walked 5Ks and half-marathons, and now I can add the The Shred to the list of fitness achievements.

It turns out I’m rather goal-oriented, and programs like this appeal to me. Maybe the Couch 2 5K will be my next attempt.

What have you accomplished exercise-wise? How did you celebrate?
