Lunchtime Poll

Lunchtime Poll: Pretty Colors

Here at the Persephone offices in not-so-sunny Indianapolis, it’s been a particularly warm winter, but it’s been as dreary as ever. For today’s lunchtime poll, I thought I’d spruce things up with a splash of color. Looking at pretty colors always makes my day better, how about yours?

Find a picture of something or several somethings in your favorite colors, and share it with us in your comments. I’ve unfucked the uploader, you should be able to go a little crazy. (Try to keep them narrow enough to fit in the comment area, please!)

Here’s some inspiration to get you started, all from Morguefile.

Several colored pencils in shades of blue, green, purple, pink, red and orange are laying side-by-side on a white background.
I really want to color now.

Semi-sheer red fabric with white swirls, folded over once photographed up close and filling the frame.
I want a chair upholstered in a less-sheer version of this.

Close-up shot of bananas, cantaloupe and watermelon cubes, a plum, a pear and red grapes.

Two parallel rows of multi-colored bowling balls on a rack.
Several dozen multi-colored gum balls photographed up close and filling the frame.
Look at these fucking gumballs.

Shiny pink ceramic piggy bank with a big grin on a white background.
He’s too cute not to save.
Two gingerbread Tudor style houses side by side. The house on the left is bright pink, the house on the right is white, both houses have black trim and accents.
This is how I imagine the Persephone offices would look, if we had them.
