100-Day Burpee Challenge: This One Is in the Books!

One hundred days, one burpee added for each day.  If you started with us the first week of January, you should be finishing up this week. So let’s celebrate!

I’m not really one to brag, but I have to say I’m quite pleased with the physical results that this challenge has achieved. Here’s the gun show:

I’ll be over here at casa de queSarah rocking out and enjoying not doing any burpees or pushups for at least a couple days!
