I love the UP! I lived up there for several years as a kid. I really want to go to Europe (Scotland, France, Austria, Romania), South America, and Australia. I have been to the other populated by humans continents and need to finish my global experience.
Japan, preferably for longer than a month. Hiking, diving, drinking, eating, trying to speak Japanese…
I really want to go to Ireland…and I think it might happen next summer
I’ve been thinking about writing a post on Ireland (I’m Irish) – if there’s anything you want to know, let me know!
Thanks! My boyfriend went a couple of years ago and we’ve been talking about going back for a while (I’m Irish as well). I think we’re going to focus on the Galway side of things and I’m looking into the possibility of staying in a converted castle. If any of that sounds like it would make for an interesting post, I’d certainly enjoy reading it :)
Just about anywhere but work right now. But I’ve been itching to travel for a while. I’d like to go back to Ireland, or possibly to Florence or Kyoto.
Fáilte!:)
I’ve been pining over England for months now. I’ve never been and I’d love to take my first trip across the pond in the next few years.
I want to be in jolly old England. Not London, because all of the Olympic madness would panic me, but maybe the countryside. I could use a relaxing vacation in non-100 degree weather. Also, I’d like to see some rain for the first time in two months…
Agreed! London looks monstrous right now, but the English countryside? Yes, please!
Up a mountain somewhere. Or Scotland. Really, anywhere other than hot, ugly Florida.
I’ll go to Scotland with you. I’ve always wanted to go there.
Too bad we can’t set up something like the trips available in Humanities classes :-D
