In honor of P-mag’s most glorious second birthday, I am gifting three lucky souls with some hand made one of a kind softies. Each one was hand made by me out of faux fur, felt, safety eyes, and polyester stuffing. They are roughly 3.5 in. (8.9 cm) cubes. These three are some of my favorites that have some how never managed to find a home in all my trips to craft sales and anime conventions. Would you like to give one of these poor, deserving furry cubes a home? Of course you would! All you have to do is leave a comment telling me what you would name your cube and why. Winners will be chosen randomly from the entrants.

Oh my, they are so cute. Their wee eyes.
I especially like the second one, since he (it looks male, so I am dubbing it ‘he’) looks just like a little marshmallow. Therefore I shall call him Marshy.
So cute! :)
I would name the first as Gametris because when you think about a game. I think black and green. That’s represented quite nicely, I’ll say. Two, I’l have to name him Miss Blossom the Visor. Reminds me of Blossom from Powerpuff girls, but those thick eyebrows remind me of someone tough and Bleach, the anime. Thus, Visor. The third is Geoffrey because he looks like a Geoffrey.
These guys could be friends with my Giant Microbes.
bonky, menance, or bluto. Or whatever my niece ends up naming them as.
Since I’m on a Dr Who kick (first time watcher!), I would name the top one The Doctor, the middle one Dahlek, and the last one Rose.
These are all super adorable! It makes me wish I knew how to sew.
pssst… I’ll let you in on a secret. I am not a super fantastic at sewing. I know how to make sturdy seams, but give me some complex garment stuff and I get lost. These are just straight seams by machine and one invisible stitch seam by hand. Some of them have stitching to hold on the eye decorations, but I do that all free hand with my machine. I am not very technically minded about this.
So cute! My daughter would love any of these. (Assuming I let her play with it…)
The second one is definitely a Disturbed Darryl.
While the first seems to have the naive eyes of my bear Mina so I will name it Wilhelmina and the third looks very sensitive so we call it Sylvio, burdened by his macho name.
You can’t not ask me to not name things. I love naming things.
These are adorable! Happy Birthday P-Mag!!
Oh! I love these. They’re so cute. That second one makes me laugh.
As for a name, I’m leaning towards Givi. No reason, I just like it.
I shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.
Seriously. I think I would call any one of these my Squishy (maybe not the one with angry brows…I think he would be called Brutalitops.)
As for why…well, they’re Squishy. And I can say that quote all the time in a Dory voice, and that would make me happy.
And Brutalitops just looks brutal (in a good way.) So it seems an appropriate name.
These are so adorable.
Oh my goodness, these are freaking adorable. I love the eyebrows on #2 so much. That has been my perma-face at work today.
I’m with Liza on the naming, but these are so cute! Though I think I might name that second cube Gossamer after the big red monster from the Bugs Bunny cartoon. He reminds me of Gossamer, but he’d probably end up with a nickname more suited to his own personality.
I would call mine Rufus. What do you mean, why? What’s wrong with Rufus?
I think I’d have to get to know it, maybe spend some time together, before settling on a name.
