Have you ever wanted to be on a game show? Me, I always wanted to be on Jeopardy!, even when I was a kid. I watched all the time, always calling out as many questions as I could, feeling superior when I did better than the contestants on the TV, imagining that one day I’d be standing at one of those podiums. Well, a funny thing happened…
I got on the show! And assuming Sandy hasn’t knocked out your power (I am desperately hoping this doesn’t happen to me), you can see me on TV tonight! Did I make an ass of myself or will I be bankrolling our server and throwing a giant party for everybody? You’ll have to tune in and find out!
So, what game show would you like to be on? Or have you been a contestant too? Sound off in the comments!

My DVR is set! Me and the cats will be watching and rooting for you.
There is a Dutch tv-show Twee voor Twaalf (Two before/for Twelve) which is considered a bit high brow but combines my love of research and word puzzles. One week I get 8 out of 12 answers right while others weeks I’m just staring crosseyed at the screen because I barely understand the questions. And there is always one question with an animation made by an Academy of the Arts student, which is cute.
I watched you! You did great! :D
I always wanted to be on Legends of the Hidden Temple when I was a kid, but I would have liked to be on any of the Nickelodeon game shows back in the mid 90s. They all looked so fun!
Hooray! The time has come! I’ll do my best to watch you, but sadly, I’m DVR-less.
I always wanted to be on Rock n Roll Jeopardy when it used to be on VH1. I’m decent at regular Jeopardy, but as long as I didn’t have to keep the million members of the Jackson family straight, I was excellent at the Rock n Roll version.
That is so awesome, I’ll set my dvr for it (I think I’ll be at a fair round about that time).
Jeopardy would be cool but I know I’m not well rounded enough for it. Wheel of Fortune would be more my style; I kick ass on hangman type games. But I’d only want to be on it if I could time travel back to when Chuck Woolery was the host. I fucking hate Pat and Vanna with a passion :-D
