Ever have one of those days where you regret getting out of bed? I’m sure we’ve all experienced it, the kind of day where you end up over sleeping, running late, spill coffee on your favorite shirt and find out once you get to work that you have a run in your tights?
What do you do to recharge your batteries, once the day is over and you’re home in your comfy clothes?

It depends on the day. Sometimes I take to my bed with a good book, or other times I work out which helps to beat the blues away.
This time of year, I hop into my footie pajamas/onesie and drink tea or hot chocolate and watch something like Downton Abbey or New Girl.
I feel like I have those days waaayyy too often. I blame it on the mental illness. For me, the best way to recharge starts with having some venting time. I’ve got to just let it out. After I complain for a good thirty minutes, I just want some alone time to read nonsense or play on Pinterest.
I’ve also found that carbs help quite a bit.
