This morning, in the small Connecticut town of Newtown, two alleged shooters opened fire, killing (at the time of this post) 27 people, including 18 elementary students.

AP is reporting that the shooter’s brother is in custody, CNN is reporting that the brother was found dead in Hoboken.

Okay, scratch that, there’s confusion as to whether the man pictured in the above post is actually the shooter and this is all a clusterfuck.
Going back to triangulating with three separate sources before I update here.
Connecticut Post is reporting 29 dead, including 22 children.
CBS News is reporting that the shooters mother was a teacher at the school and is among the dead.
Students and staff were allegedly shot execution style, per HuffPo (not confirmed with second source yet.)
CNN is reporting that the (primary?) shooter is named Ryan Lanza.
One shooter is dead, the other one may be in the process of being apprehended. The school principal and psychologist are reported dead.
Current reports say there was one shooter, a 20 year old man with a .223 caliber rifle, who may be a parent of a student at the school.
One confirmed shooter, one person of interest being pursued, as best I can tell.
The news is still all over the place, I’m trying to sort it all out before I add an update.
