I bought a rock climbing Groupon. Should I be scared?
Do you have a favorite unconventional form of exercising? I tried belly dancing a couple of years ago, but the teacher’s talk of bikini bodies was too upsetting, so I quit. Now I’m going to give rock climbing a whirl with this Groupon I bought for a bouldering class. Please be ready with the Advil and water.

I’m a big fan of the random Groupon!:) (http://persephonemagazine.com/2012/10/04/we-try-it-antigravity-yoga/)
A few of my friends have taken it up and love it. Plus, if you are of the heterosexual persuasion, they tell me young muscley male rockclimbers often climb with their shirts off.
I’m listening to the radioplay of Neverwhere. It has James McAvoy with his own accent. I feel myself getting more faint by the minute, it’s so overwhelmingly awesome.
What link did you use? I kept getting a 404

My friends do this thing called Dance Trance that I’ve been wanting to check out. But I would probably be lost after the first couple of moves.
I want to try rock climbing but the couple times I tried it, I ran into Sally’s problem.
Karate is my atypical exercise of choice. I’m so very out of practice, but it’s fun. And, well…
My daughter LOVES rock climbing- we have a wall at our gym and she’s been taking a class there for a few months. I really hope that it develops her upper body strength for life. I’ve gone a couple of times- my feet are too big and my arms are not strong, so it’s not a great time. She could probably teach me some moves….
Rock climbing sounds like a lot of fun. I wish I had an exercise I really enjoyed — that might make it easier.
I love rock climbing! Be ready for your forearms to be sore (so much gripping!). I think that’s the only “unconventional” exercise I do. Well, and field work – working outside for 8hrs a day takes a toll…
