Kids watching Rugrats. Copious amounts of coffee. At some point, I will get dressed and have Thai food. And that will be that. Working on a project for a new client, and damned happy about it. I’ve lived in Boston and been to NYC several times so anything I may not have heard of totally welcome. I love lifting but I’m out of practice due to life being crazy right now. Go you! Thank you! I only started training consistently a few months ago, so this is all newbie gains, but I’m still loving how much I’m loving it, if that makes sense. Hope you’re able to get back to it soon! Oh man, I started lifting with a friend of mine who does CrossFit. At one point I could bench my body weight. It was the best. day. evar. Sadly I fell out of practice lately (my friend moved…), but your post totally makes me want to find a new lifting buddy! Benching body weight is awesome – I’m sure you’d be back up there quite quickly if you got back to it.
