Happy Monday! This is one of my earliest musical memories, courtesy of my dad’s mix tapes. It needs to be shared.
Ooooh… yes. (I swear I never even noticed the amount of moaning going on there!)

When the going gets tough – get to the shoe shop
I’ve decided to sign up for the 30 day get-a-booty-challenge. AKA a lot of squats per day. Starting November 1, because I need to get used of the idea of exercising five times a week first (four times a week mini-work out is probably not the same).
Oh man, what a plan. You go! I try to do gentle exercises for my spine and back muscles, which take barely half an hour, and cannot manage to do them more than once a week. I need to stop reading. Or sell the kids.
I’m unemployed, I try to make most of my hours ;-) And I really like to start my day with a work out. I wake easier and don’t have to break up my day because of it later.
Ah, squats! My nemesis :) Enjoy :)
I start out with squats feeling fine. And during my upper legs might start to feel protest and I’m still okay.
And than next day happens and you walk like a cowboy.
Truth.
I just said goodbye to my boyfriend with whom I’m in a (temporary) long distance relationship. I love having him here, but my tiny studio is not made for two people.
The thread title made me think of this old Simon and Garfunkel song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TBQxG0Z72qM
Also, I am current on all my schoolwork! Finally caught up yesterday and it feels so good to not have that huge weight hanging over me!
