I just came back from standing on someone’s porch in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn for 15 minutes waiting for them to get home, then standing on the subway platform to begin my nearly two hour ride back to Harlem (thanks a lot, NYC MTA). It’s not “that” cold today, but having spent HOURS standing in the cold, I feel a lot like dying now.
