Persephone Postcards: Great Falls, Montana

We often hear the stereotype that Montana is full of cowboys, Republicans, and giant snowdrifts. Sometimes, it is. Still, that’s not all we have here.

Great Falls also has drag shows and an Iraqi poet. We have good musicall sorts of arty stuff going on, and a bestselling author. There’s enough going on that anyone who says there is nothing to do here is just not paying attention. Am I little bit evangelical about Great Falls? Probably. Still, it’s a pretty fun place to live.

And if you need one more reason: We also have mermaids.
