Day 22 is in the bag, but holy cow, there was some soreness like I experienced way back on days 3 and 4. My legs felt like they were on fire this morning, I have never been more aware of quadriceps before in my life.
I approached today’s workout with gusto, if for no other reason than it’s the last time I have to do level 2 for a while. I am feeling more coordinated about the moves on level 2, and have made friends with all of the strength moves, save the “walking push-up.” Not bad.

You know what’s becoming shredded? My ears. The music on the 30 Day Shred leaves a lot to be desired.
This morning I finished my 10th workout of the 3o Day Shred. It’s become a habit to roll out of bed, turn on the coffee pot and do the twenty minute workout while the coffee brews.
Have you shredded enough to get that quote in my headline? A twitter buddy is cracking me up everyday by quoting America’s toughest trainer in her workout tweets everyday. It kind of cracks me up.
TGIF! Today marks five consecutive days of doing the 30 Day Shred. I’ve been doing the workout first thing in the morning, as my coffee brews and my house is still relatively quiet.
So here I am at day 4. My son woke up this morning and said, “We play exercise now?”
