Over the past week, there’s been quite a bit of coverage of Caitlyn Jenner, so we’ve found a few posts you can use to refute the ignorant haters. We’ve also got lots of good reads about feminism and other social justice topics, pop culture, a bit of science (with an unfortunate side of sexism), and some […]
Q. I have a blog on Tumblr and recently came across some very obscene material that was posted on a blog I had followed. I was shocked that this stuff was allowed. I searched further and quickly found gobs of pornographic sites. Again, I was shocked. Nobody is filtering this stuff or warning us about it.

[Trigger warning for discussion of rape.] Do not click to open this unless you are prepared to get really, really angry. It’s bad, guys. The following was taken from Dr. Laura’s website. Have questions you want somebody that isn’t Dr. Laura to answer? Ask me! The question: “Should I have a conversation with my 29-year-old daughter regarding […]
I like to do things in my life the wrong way. Recently I went from being a pencil skirt and blazer-wearing, reasonably respectable member of the business community (no, really, I worked at the Chamber of Commerce) with a full time paycheck to a jeggings-wearing, hippie college student (in Art History of all the lucrative […]
